Logon to the Teradata Manager

Click on Administer on the menu and select Teradata Manager

Go to Profile Tab

Put your new Profile name in the Profile Name window and click on Add.

Then go to Authorization tab

Select the new profile name from the Drop down under "Choose a profile'.

If you want only certain Users have that profile, click on "only the following users,,,,,".

Select the users from the list and add to the "Allowed to Use Profile"

Click on Modify
