The files to delete from \Windows\System (for a complete cleanup) would be:

     Tdata32.dll
     Tdatas32.dll
     Tdprsr32.dll
     terasso.dll
     Wincli32.dll
     Tdusr32.dll
     Localisation.dll

It is best to install the packages in the following order:

     ICU
     TeraGSS
     CLI
     ODBC
     Applications

I would also suggest a reboot before trying to use the new apps since the required PATH variable often seems to not get updated until after a reboot. (This may have been the original problem.)
