Rahul:

This may be because your DSN used by SQL Assistant is set to have INTEGERDATE format. Check this again configuring same DSN, In ODBC property page click "Option>>" button to see DATETIME format (A means ANSIDATE and I means INTEGERDATE).

Go through ODBC driver manual for more information. BTW which version of the product you are using?
