I think it would be

     NoScan=N

(It is a double negative!)

But that should be the default unless something is overriding it.

If you use the ODBC Administrator (or the Tools, Define Data Source menu in SQL Assistant) to open the Administrator, you can then select the Data Source and click Configure. Then click Options and you will see [and can change] the current setting on that screen.

It is quite possible that Informatica has its own option to override this - and I know nothing about Informatica so someone else would have to direct you there.
