I am sorry to say that I can't offer any insight into this exact problem. But, I can say this. Anytime TDWM (or Teradata Manager) start acting in a way that seems to be difficult to understand, you should make 100% that you have run Database Setup for the TTU version you are currently running. For instance, if you are using TDWM 6.2, which I believe comes from TTU 8.2, make sure you have run database setup for TTU 8.2. Make sure you fill in the middle section of that database setup with appropriate IDs and passwords to ensure that all of the necessary access rights are granted where they need to be. I can't say this will definitely help you, but it is the first relatively simple thing you can try. Steve Woodrow
