Hi all,

I think this solution comes under the "I wouldn�t have believed it..." category.

I have finally managed to get the software installed by...

- waiting for the setup to reach 99%, and then closing the lid on my laptop (which puts it into StandBy),

- wait until the laptop has closed down (all disk activity stopped),

- re-open the laptop and logon to Windows.

At that point the "setup" window has disappeared and the real install window (which gives you the options etc) appears.

And No, I don't understand why either.

And I used the same technique for the DBMS, TTU and Applications install portions. It worked on all of them.
