I'll suggest you to please go through the Teradata Documentation on Stored Procedure first.

It would definitely help you and will answer most of yours questions on Stored Procedure.

It seems like you have started working on TD SP's without even referring the documentation once.

Please go through the documents and then come up with the questions .
