Now, now. As a vendor told me long ago, when a major section of functionality did not work- "It's a 'feature'. Our documented bugs are
features". That's my only rational answer. P.s., I had to write a complete workaround and it was two years before they got their 'feature' to
work.
Sounds like you have the 'feature' documented and have a work around.
