That is correct.
The only time 'Format Query' is disabled should be when you are using the 'Unicode Query' option. This option uses a different edit control
that supports unicode characters but does NOT support the features required for formatting.
This problem no longer exists in SQL Assistant 7.2 and above since these products use an editor that supports both.
