It's certainly possible. Use a recent ODBC driver version and create a separate DSN for Access that has the special "compatibility" options
ticked.
Whether it will perform well for your application is another matter... but the pros and cons of using ODBC linked tables are not Teradata
specific - rather a question for a Microsoft Access forum...
