Yes you will be able to link to Teradata from Access 2003. The same way you need to link tables

1) Open a Access Database, Right click on the Access, select Link Tables.

2) Link Browse will open, Go to File Types and select ODBC database.

3) You will see ODBC , Select Teradata ODBC and enter all the required information.

You will be able to see the tables in your Teradata.

It is still supported in the Access 2003.
