This depends on the way we want to insert integer value to Time datatype. For example if you want to insert an integer value to Time Data type as time in hours ex: 01:00:00(1 hour and zero minutes and zero seconds) then convert the SOURCE_FIELD and insert as follows

     (SOUCE_FIELD (FORMAT '99')(CHAR(02)))||':00:00'
