If you don't specify account string(s) when creating a user, the value in DBC.DBase (DBC.Databases) will be copied from the immediate owner Database/User.

If you assign a profile to the user, and the profile has a non-NULL account string, then the profile's account will be in effect for AMPUsage and DBQL. On the other hand, the value in DBase will always be used for space accounting.
