The "Teradata FastExport Reference" document, In Chapter 2, under the section titled "Programming Considerations", states that a "FastExport
request cannot be satisfied by a single amp, such as a SELECT statement with a constraint containing an equality condition on a primary index or
unique secondary index column of a table."
