This is the source file I have in the UTF8 format and I also see in the notepad

     2   Proifit & Loss Statement  ???
     3   Other Financial Data  ???????
     4   Foreign Currency Positions  ??????
     5   International Exchange Settlement  ???????
     6   Maturity Profile  ??????

After loading the data When I select Using Bteq by setting charset as UTF8

     2 Proifit & Loss Statement  ???t??F??
     3 Other Financial Data  s??S+?F??s????????F??
     4 Foreign Currency Positions  s??s+?t??s??s?+F??
     5 International Exchange Settlement  s?+T??t+?t?????s??F??
     6 Maturity Profile  s????????t+??P?F??

When I set the Charset as TCHBIG5_1R0

     2 Proifit & Loss Statement   ?q??
     3 Other Financial Data  ???L   ?u??
     4 Foreign Currency Positions  ?U ?? ?o??
     5 International Exchange Settlement     ???? ??
     6 Maturity Profile  ?????? ????

Pls help me in letting me know where I am doing wrong and how can I see the same data as in notepad from the database.
