John,

I can tell it is parsing for 20 minutes by monitoring it in TD Man. I periodically refresh it and it continually stays in PARSING status.

We are capturing the SQL on TD once it goes active, so we know that is the SQL Cognos is generating. Capturing the SQL and copying to Queryman shows us the query runs in 1-2 minutes.
