If an SQL takes around 20 mins to parse and 2 mins from Queryman, I am not sure whether the same query is being submitted by Cognos server.
Can you save the query that is generated by cognos (from possible iqd file) without submitting to TD? Try running this from Queryman.
20 mins for parsing sometimes may be due to looping in resolving various nesting levels. You can compare check by analyzing the generated
query.
