 I have seen this problem at one of my customer's sites. It turned out to be caused by their software management system that would remove
unauthorized software from a user's system each time you logged into their corporate network. The solution was to get the Teradata Client utilities to be an authorized application. I don't know if they packaged up the software into their
tool or not.
