Hi all,

I'm afraid by the result !

I call bteq by shell programm

In bteq head, 2 lines gives log and extract

     .messageout file=//xxx$variable.log
     .export report file=//xxx$variable.lst

The variable is defined in shell and export, but she is not used by sql

How use the variable ? With '$variable' "$variable" ${variable} or other way?
