Rachana,

This sounds like a network problem. Check the sync rates of the Teradata servers and also the clients. My guess is the Teradata Servers are set to auto negotiate. What is happening is they are probably rolling to half duplex, They should probably be set to something like 100 Full instead of auto negotiate. However, don't use what I say have your network guys check the settings to makes sure they are proper for your network.
