Hi Friends,
In production I got the following problem today. For a moment some sessions got hung up ( loads were stopped ). After a while when in Teradata
Manager when I tried to see Active sessions , it showed six sessions with user name as 'crash dumps'. And even after 2 hrs they are still running
(active). I don't have much knowledge about Crash dumps. Can some body please help out here ? Is it something very bad situation? What should be
the course of action ???
