Generally, this message indicates that a Crash Dump has occurred. NCR should have been notified by the CCL application running on the AWS.
Your SR should have been in contact with you by now to find out what the source of the Crash Dump was/is? The GSC should become involved once you
have explained the situation to your SR (the SR should be opening an incident for you). You may find out that there is already a DR in progress
or a fix that might require you to upgrade your version/release of the RDBMS.
Just remember, crash dumps are bad, and almost always force a TPARESET (Database restart). If this is not your production system, you still
should make sure an incident has been opened with the GSC to help trouble-shoot the issue and provide a possible solution. (It should not do what
you describe!)
