Our Teradata Manager alerting is sending out several messages per minute due to sessions being connected for a particular amount of time. We
have recd about 1000 alerts in an hour. It reports the same ids over and over again every minute. I tried changing the email value to blank out
all the email addresses and this did not work. It still sent out messages over and over again. I even disabled the alert for sessions and it
still send out messages. I stopped and start the td manager service and this has not helped. Anyone have any thoughts ?
