It does look like something has been corrupted in your Teradata support dlls.

You probably need to uninstall and reinstall the following products from the TTU 8.0 CD.

     ICU for Teradata  1.1
     Teradata CLIv2    4.8
     ODBC for Teradata 3.4

To be on the safe side uninstall in the order ODBC, CLI, ICU and reinstall in order ICU, CLI, ODBC. [The master setup may enforce this order but I'm not sure])

Note that some of these products have newer patch releases available so you may need to use those if your company has already installed any patches.
