Isn't the Teradata ODBC driver (Tdata32.dll) written by NCR? If so, it sounds like this is a bug that should be addressed by the client software team at NCR. This should be an error not an informational message! The error is obviously being sent back by the tpa (database). It is how the driver is handling the error code that is the problem, in my opinion.
