Michael,

Currently, it looks like query logging is only on for user '106' (perhaps this is user "X"). I would expect to see atleast 2 rules in this table if you are hoping to log results for 2 users.

I think, not sure, you can force cache to be flushed to disk by ending query logging for all of your defined rules; however, I'm not certain. Regarding how long you may have to wait if you don't force flush the cache, they depends on how busy the system is. If only a few queries are executed during a 6 hour window, then you might wait up to 6 hours for a particular node to flush a particular query.
