Erwin(4.1.4) supports Teradata.

You really need to take care of indexes, nullable fields while creating physical model from logical model. Sometimes Erwin is not able to delete the additional key properly. Additionally Erwin is bad at moving the correct column names from logical to physical model when they are renamed.
