For whatever it is worth, I find that the OK button will be "un-greyed out" if the following are true:

1) The old password I enter matches the password I entered when connecting to the data source (not case sensitive)

2) The new password and confirm fields have exactly the same text in them (case sensitive)


The version of the assistant I use is 3.02.00.02.

I also found that in my version if the button is greyed out, it is in fact disabled.
