I am getting, infrequently, the SQL error code -1001. The class is T0 and Subclass is T13.... SQLERRD(1) is 151 and I think the appication is TDARDI.

Could this perhaps be CLI0151, "No TDP subsystem defined"? Maybe your TDP started task went down for a few minutes.
