It has been a VERY long time since I was 'operational'. I would suggest checking the manual, but the basics are

Use the Archive/Recovery Rollback command to roll back to a previous state. (A known checkpoint)

or

Restore a backup and then use the RollForward command to restore changes made since that backup was taken.
