That facility is available in SQL Assistant (Queryman) but you would have to execute the statement on a Windows PC then move the file to MVS if that's where you need the data.

(The data would be in character representation - not internal numeric format. You would however be able to specify the field delimiter and use of quotes.)

If not BTEQ is this facility available in MLOAD? i.e. replacing nulls with a predefined value. (Do you mean FastExport?)
