Thanks for prompt reply.

In my case I do not have single NULL is any column of primary index. In my case I can see one more case for one column (one of field from Primary index) that GROUP BY is showing less number and COLLECT STATS showing more number.

I donor know exactly but this may be bug in Teradata Statistics.

All opinions are welcome.
