Kambhoji,

Maybe the following will help:

* Start the Teradata Database Window (DBW)

* Click on the Supvr button

* Enter "start dbscontrol"

* In the dbscontrol window, enter following commands:

* modify general 13 = 18

* write

* quit

* Restart Teradata

This will change the value for "MaxDecimal" from the default of 15 to a new value of 18.
