You need to have root permissions to start xdbw which starts database window on unix box or if it is a windows box start databasewindow and
then start dbscontrol. You can see three types of control fields namely General(For various purposes by the RDBMS), File System, Performance (For
tuning performance) and under performance fields you see the required one.
