What can anyone tell me about this error?

A few days ago we got this error message. We changed the request to work around it.

Teradata row not delivered (trget): AMP step failure: Please do not resubmit the last request. AMP 38 on 001-07 error 5005 on SPOOL(0xc0000000) in step (3): JOIN with SPOOL(0xc0477674).

Today with a totally different query the same or similar error message:

Teradata row not delivered (trget): AMP step failure: Please do not resubmit the last request. AMP 87 on 004-07 error 5005 on SPOOL(0xc0000000) in step (7): JOIN with SPOOL(0xc0ab9f56).

This is from the manual.

Error 5005 = "A duplicate row-id has been detected."

Explanation: An attempt was made to insert a row into a subtable where the row ID of the row to be inserted is identical to that of a preexisting row.
