If you have enough disk space, try this :-

i) Before the update starts, take a snapshot before image of the table into a backup table

ii) Then end of the day do a MINUS on backup table from online table using MINUS operator(Online table MINUS backup table)

iii) Send the MINUS file to ORACLE.
