Many of the tables already have timestamps. But I forgot to add that changing application code is not an option.
We are only on V2R4.1.3 so I don't think triggers is an option because of the table locks. We tried triggers a year ago and had to remove them
because of the table locks. I believe in V2R5 it has been changed to row lock but they are no plans to upgrade in the near future.
