You mention that the Microsoft ODBC .Net data provider is installed ... But not anything about the Teradata ODBC driver. You also do not mention the TSAW version. This problem was reported about a year ago and was caused by a corrupted install of the Teradata ODBC driver. (Actually I think it fixed itself after the customer rebooted the server.) Can you use Teradata SQL Assistant (or any other ODBC based tool) to access your Teradata system? (From the server) (The ODBC driver is required on the system running your TSAW server.) Mike Dempsey
