The import data file should contain the 'Null String' wherever you want to import a null. The 'Null String' is defined on the ? Tab of the Options screen, in Queryman. If your data file has nothing between the delimiters (to indicate a null value) then you should set this field to an empty string (ie. Erase the contents - don't type a blank.) If the data file contains the word 'NULL' between the delimiters then you should set the field to 'NULL' ... Or whatever else you use in the file. (It is case sensitive.) You also mention that you are loading 'date' fields ... But that you cast to Timestamp. That doesn't sound right. If they really are dates (and in the correct format) you can simply use '?' rather than any casting. Mike Dempsey
