I don't see a way to Multiload the file in the present form you have described. So assuming you can regenerate the file from its original
source, the most efficient way would be for you to create your import file with a different field delimiter, say "|" (pipe), that you know will
not be included in your description field (or any other field). Then change your Multiload import statement to use "|", or whatever, instead of
comma. Good luck.
