Garbage characters are now not coming in the fastexport output file after casting the data to fixed CHAR.
Actually I need to send that output file as e-mail to the user. Earlier it was working fine when VARCHAR was used. But now when CHAR is used,
output file is displaying the data correctly when opened in UNIX. But when the same file is send as e-mail, the e-mail is not showing any contents
in it. Please help.
