Subj:   Multiload ET Table - HostData column

Hi,

We use Informatica ETL to multiload a table from an oracle table, after few transformation steps....

We got few rows resulting in ET table due to a bad character in one of the fields (decimal field, but getting char data - Error code -2679). We know the sourceseq..

1. How do we find the record which caused this problem, with the help of this sourceseq ?. Had it been a normal flat file multiloaded, then we can easily open the file.. skip the records until we find the sourceseq to get it. But how do we go about in case of ETL doing some transformation and then loading ?

2. The Hostdata column has the record which caused this problem. But we are unable to decipher it (may be in hexa form..). How do we decipher it?

Thanks
