Hi,
There are currently no plans to release a Teradata Warehouse(TW) 7.1 version of the Teradata on Windows Demo CD.
The TW 7.1 release contains both the Database server, version V2r5.1 and the Teradata Tools and Utilities version 7.1 )
Therefore unless plans change the answer to your question is Never.
