If your getting an internal session that is blocking another query after a Mload failed or aborted. Try releasing any mload locks that might have been applied during the job. If the job failed the locks may not have been released and continue to persist after the job has died. There are times when a job has been blocked by an internal session is just waiting for locks to be released. I would try that before doing the restart. This isn't always guaranteed to be the issue, but it is definitely one more thing to look at before having to restart the system.
