Looks like there is a problem in taking dump but another side of the coin is " why database is acting strange". If possible send me some more info.

1) See if there is enough space for dumps on dump device (pdepath -D command should give you the dump directory path, by default it is tdconfig directory)

2) Verify no. of sessions during the hang.

3) look for all the critical events for DMP or any critical teradata events.

4) stack traces of 3610 events.

Please send me as much info as possible.
