ALL, DEFAULT and PUBLIC are no real users, they don't have a password. And you don't have to worry about dropping it, because even
dbc doesn't have any rights on it. And dbc can't grant any rights, although dbc is an owner, because there's no entry in dbc.children ;-
)
IMHO it's a placeholder to prevent the creation of a real database/user with that name (it's the same with users ), because this would
confuse the parser, e.g.
GRANT ... TO ALL dbname
GRANT ... TO PUBLIC
GRANT LOGON AS DEAFULT ...
