If you compare the Data Dictionaries from R4 to R5 you will find that there are a few differences.

In TVM

SPObjectCodeRows SMALLINT 2 ---,--9 N

is different than in R5... (Sorry, I don't have my R5 running to get the exact differences)

I have run into this issue where some of the dictionary columns have changed datatypes...
