The odbc source used by the cognos applications all use "System Default" for session mode and I confirmed this with the user XXXXXX
below...
Therefore, I do not believe the sessionmode is the issue, since the session should be in Teradata mode. Is there any system tool that
can display what someone's sessionmode actually is (not a bteq session)?
