We have fatal vprocs. It appears to be caused by tables with a lot of dictionary information (high column count, comments on columns, statistics), which results in a 64K buffer overflow in ARC (DR68949).

We are running TTU7.0 on MVS, and we've tried tapes dumped on both TTU 6.2 and TTU 7.0 when doing the restore. We've also proved that arc copy fails the same way as arc restore.
