I have an ETL tool for Teradata written entirely in MSAccess called Data Warehouse Toolkit. Referencing your issue, have you tried to use the Link manager to relink al the linked tables in the database? Also have you looked at the properties of the linked tables to see what is in the connection string? Have you changed ODBC drivers since the original implementation, the 3.0.x versions have been known to cause problems.
